Information about the protection and processing of personal data 

Some features of this site and services for its users require user registration. Part of the registration is an agreement with processing of all personal data in the sense of generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data (as amended) of PRAMI Praha, Ltd. ID 25666398, with its registered office at Rašínovo nábřeží 384/56, 128 00 Prague 2 (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator"), namely:

a) in the extent of the name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and place of residence or address of the establishment,

b) for the purpose of the marketing and business activities of the administrator; including the dissemination of business communications relating to its products or services, also by email address given?

c) for the period of use of the products and services of the administrator (until the registration is canceled).

I am aware that this agreement with the storage or, resp. with the processing of data, granted in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, is voluntary and that I can withdraw from this agreement at any time. Revocation of agreement must be made in writing to the trustee. I also note that the active user account is conditioned by the granting of consent and its duration, and that in case of withdrawal from the agreement, the administrator is entitled to cancel my user account.

I am also aware of the fact that I have access to them, the right to rectify them during the processing of my personal data, and when I believe that the processing of personal data is contrary to the protection of private and personal life or in violation of generally binding legal regulations, I can ask the administrator for explanation and removal of the malfunction.

When filling up a client/patient card, I have an obligation to obtain the client/patient's approval to process his or her personal data. Data storage on the administrator's server and the responsibility for making the obtained personal data accessible is entirely my responsibility (responsibility of the service/service user).

The personal data obtained can be made available by the administrator only to the authorized personnel, to the companies forming the trustee's valid contractual relationship, to the competent state authorities and to the persons having the legal right to request this information from the administrator.

Personal data are handled manually and automatically, in compliance with all security principles for the management and processing of personal data, in particular by keeping them in an administrator's database, by actively using them in communication with subject of the data or making them accessible.

Never give anyone your data on request

When using e-mail and social networks, you can often encounter a request to send your personal information or your username and password. Such a request is "spiced up" by a more or less believable story about why and why it is absolutely necessary to follow the steps described and provide the data. If you find yourself in such a situation, it is important to remember that no trusted service provider will ever make a similar request, and you can automatically consider the request as unauthorized.
